Patricia Banks & Roy Isadore Wedding ~ May 27th, 2013 @ 1pm

Today I was given the honor to officiate the Wedding/Elopement of Patricia and Roy Isadore (of Kent, WA) at the lovely Orchards Park in Vancouver, WA surrounded by their closest of family and friends!

Sylvia Skinner & Eric Cerdena Wedding~June 30th, 2013 @ 3pm

I'm looking forward to meeting Sylvia and Eric this morning to talk about their June 30th, 2013 Wedding at the Lewis River Golf Course in Woodland, WA! It sounds like it's going to be really special! More info will be shared later.

Tyson & David Wedding ~ May 24th, 2013

Today I was given the honor to officiate the Wedding/Elopement of Tyson Raleigh and David Reams of Spring, Texas who flew in yesterday for their wedding today! Tyson and David picked out a lovely and peaceful setting among some trees at the local Orchards Park in Vancouver, WA to share their vows with each other. As part of their ceremony, they shared what they meant to each other which was really touching and filled with loving emotion!

As part of their Wedding ceremony, both Tyson and David brought items such as, something old, something new, something borrowed and/or something blue! David brought a blue item of clothing from his childhood and a Bride & Groom Wedding cake decoration from his grandmother's Wedding which he shared with me afterwards! Tyson also brought two items with one of them being a borrowed necklace from his grandmother. I didn't catch what the second item was.

Tyson and David had new rings for their Wedding Day which they put on each other's hands while sharing their vows. They retired their old rings which they've been wearing to commemorate their committed relationship! In addition to today being their Wedding Day, it is also their 10 year anniversary from their first date!

Congratulations Tyson and David on your Wedding Day! I hope the best to you both in all of your future 'Life Adventures' together!

Sunday, May 19th, 2013, I was given the honor to officiate the Wedding of Heather and Ricky Aske of Woodland, WA who were Wed at the lovely Heritage Park and Event Center in Ariel, WA surrounded by all of their family and friends! Latisha & Brittany Hicks Wedding ~ April 28th, 2013

Kathleen & Matthew Alderson Wedding ~ April 27th, 2013

Yesterday, I was also given the honor to officiate the Wedding of Kathleen Boone and Matthew Alderson who were Wed surrounded by their family and friends at the Tatyana's Ballroom in Beaverton, Oregon! They had a touching Wedding with about 100 guests from throughout Oregon and Washington which was a lot of fun as they celebrated with food, drinks, fun and ballroom dancing!

Kathleen and Matt chose Tatyana's Ballroom as the venue for both their wedding and reception. This locale holds special meaning for them as it is the place they have been taking ballroom and latin dance lessons for the last several months! They so enjoy dancing (and their wonderful teacher, Tatyana)! They asked everyone to be ready to dance at the reception!...or not (-: as there would be a group dance lesson, taught by Tatyana herself. ~ Saturday, April 27, 2013 | 4:00 pm 

Please note that Tatyana's Ballroom is moving to another location. Kathleen and Matt's Wedding and Reception is the last event being held in this location. I'll post it's new location once I receive that info.

Carlyne & Pam Wedding ~ April 27th, 2013

Yesterday, I was given the honor to officiate the elopement/Wedding of Carlyne & Pam, from the Clackamas area in Oregon, at the local Orchards Park in Vancouver, WA! We were really fortunate as it was a lovely, sunny day! Carlyne and Pam shared that they've been in their committed relationship for 29 years!

Peggy & Margaret Wedding ~ April 26th, 2013

On Friday, I was given the honor to officiate a very loving Wedding at the home of Peggy and Margaret who live in Camas, WA! With their family and friends present, I shared a script which was hand made by the two of them which included a Candle Ceremony and a Hand-fasting Ceremony. The candle that was used was purchased by Margaret just before she met Pam which she saved for her special day!

Peggy's cousin, Monica, read 1 Corinthians 13 from her bible as part of the ceremony in sharing how Peggy and Margaret view 'Love', and one of her dear friends, Marti, shared an Irish blessing. And of course, Marti pointed out that there are only two types of people out there: those who are Irish and those who wish they were! :-)

After the ceremony was over, we all received colorful pinwheels and had group photos taken. Then we proceeded on to toasting the newly Wed couple in which several shared. Peggy's boss also gave a very heart-warming toast for Peggy and Margaret!

This was one of those celebrations where I am smiling as I leave as it was so much fun! Boy, do I love my job!
