Rev. Rose Woodruff will be available from 10am-3pm at the outdoor market to Officiate your Wedding! Look for her booth. She charges $50 for a legal Wedding and $25 for a Vow Renewal ceremony! Yes, she does support Marriage Equality for all adults in a loving and committed relationship!
